The total length of the Ankara-Niğde Highway, which has a main route of 277 km, including connection roads, is 332 km. The first 30 km of the main road starting from Ankara Province is designed as 4×2 lanes and the other kms as 3×2 lanes. The scope of the project includes 5 Viaducts (Total 3567 Meters). 34 Intersection Bridges, 15 Main Road Bridges, 73 Overpass Bridges, 109 Underpasses, 681 Box Culverts, 15 Intersections, 15 Toll Collection Facilities, 1 Main Control Center, 2 Maintenance Operation Centers, 6 Service Areas, 4 Parking Areas.

The highway passes through the provinces of Ankara, Aksaray, Konya, Kırşehir, Nevşehir and Niğde, all of which are located in the Central Anatolia Region. The project consists of the following three sections:

Project Phases

Section 1: Ankara Gölbaşı-Acıkuyu Intersection, Section 2: Acıkuyu-Alayhan Intersection Section 3: Alayhan-Gölcük Intersection.

The Ankara-Niğde Motorway Project is a total of 330 km long, consisting of 275 km of motorway and 55 km of connecting road, and the site delivery of the Ankara-Niğde Motorway was made on August 24, 2017, and construction work has begun.

The project route passes through the borders of Gölbaşı, Bala, Şereflikoçhisar, Evren districts of Ankara province; Kulu district of Konya province; Central district of Kırşehir province; Ortaköy, Sarıyahşi, Gülağaç, Ağaçören, Central districts of Aksaray province; Acıgöl, Derinkuyu districts of Nevşehir province and Central district of Niğde province.

The Project Workers; There are 19 junction bridges, 10 connection road junction bridges, 12 highway bridges, 8 connection road bridges, 5 viaducts with a length of 3566.60 m, 75 overpass bridges, 121 underpasses, 670 box culverts, 2 maintenance operation centers, 3 maintenance centers, 1 main control center, 10 highway service facilities and 14 toll collection stations.<br><br> <br> The Ankara-Niğde Highway aims to ensure traffic safety, life and property safety, shorten travel times and contribute to the development of tourism and industry in the region, especially on the road that serves heavy traffic, especially heavy vehicles. With the completion of the project, the negative impact of the traffic volume, which increases day by day with the development of our country, on the capacity of the existing roads will be eliminated, and the sustainability of traffic safety and maintenance services will be ensured.

Work continues in the manufacturing of small engineering structures, large engineering structures, earthworks and superstructures.
