Yandex Business Mail Setup – Outlook for All Platforms

File > Account Settings > New Select manual setup or additional server types then click next.

In the incoming window, write your own information and the login information given to you by our company.

In the Server Information, you can choose the Account type in two ways: IMAP / POP3. If you choose imap, you should write “imap.yandex.com.tr” for the incoming mail server, and “pop.yandex.com.tr” if you choose pop3. Write stmp.yandex.com.tr for the outgoing mail server. Write your e-mail address and password for the login information. When all your transactions are completed, click on the Other settings button on the right.

Click on the outgoing server in the Internet E-mail Settings section and check the My outgoing server (requires authentication for SMTP) section and click on the Advanced Section.

In the Advanced section, the Incoming server ( IMAP ) should be 993 and select SSL in the Use the following encrypted connection type section below

Outgoing server ( SMTP ) should be 465 and select SSL in the Use the following encrypted connection type section below.

Then click the OK button

and Transaction Completed.
