Some personal information (name, age, email address, etc.) is requested from Users in order to provide better service on the Website and Mobile Application. These data collected through the Website and Mobile Application are used within the Website and Mobile Application for campaign activities or for special promotional activities related to the User’s account. Apart from personal information, statistical data of transactions made via the Website or Mobile Application are analyzed and stored. The Company absolutely does not share the information provided through membership forms with third parties without the User’s knowledge or instruction, and does not use it for commercial purposes outside of its activities or sell it.

Personal information of Users will only be disclosed to official authorities if required by official authorities and in cases where disclosure is required by the mandatory provisions of applicable legislation.

The credit card information requested on the payment page is not stored on the Website and/or Mobile Application or the servers of third-party companies that provide services, in order to keep the security of Users who make purchases through the Website and Mobile Application at the highest level. In this way, all transactions related to payment are ensured to be carried out between the relevant bank and the User’s device through the Website and Mobile Application interface.

AJANS BULUT is the Data Controller within the scope of the Law and agrees to comply with all responsibilities and obligations under the Law.

The member’s personal data are processed for the purposes of providing a better shopping experience, collecting and compiling statistical information, improving commercial activities, fulfilling the responsibilities imposed on the Company by the Membership Agreement, and similar purposes.

The member explicitly consents to the transfer of their personal data to third parties in Turkey or abroad for storage, retention, and processing for any purpose.

The member’s Personal Data are collected through this application form or electronically if deemed necessary.

The member has the right to apply to the Data Controller Company at any time under the Law and to learn whether their personal data have been processed, to request information if their personal data have been processed, to learn the purpose of processing their personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose, to know the third parties to whom their personal data are transferred, to request the correction of their personal data if there are errors, and to request the deletion, destruction, or anonymization of their personal data if the reasons for processing them no longer exist, and to request that this request be communicated to third parties if the data have been transferred, to object to the emergence of a negative result related to them due to the processing of their data, and to demand compensation for their damages in case of illegal data processing.

CLARIFICATION TEXT ON THE PROTECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

This text provides basic information about the protection of personal data transferred to AJANS BULUT. AJANS BULUT has drafted this Clarification Text on the Protection of Personal Data to inform and enlighten individuals at the time of obtaining personal data and to obtain consent for the processing of personal data in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and other applicable regulations. AJANS BULUT reserves the right to update this Clarification Text on the Protection of Personal Data at any time within the framework of changes that may be made to the current legislation.

A) IDENTITY OF THE DATA CONTROLLER

For the purposes of implementing the KVKK, AJANS BULUT may be the "data controller." In this context, the identity of the data controller is "AJANS BULUT," a company established in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, continuously existing, registered with the Bursa Trade Registry Office under registration number 111111, with its company headquarters located at Hacıilyas Mah. 2. B) PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data are collected by AJANS BULUT through different channels and based on legal grounds in order to conduct our commercial activities.

Your Personal Data are processed in accordance with the personal data processing conditions specified in Article 5 of the KVKK and in compliance with the personal data processing principles specified in Article 4 of the KVKK. In all personal data processing activities carried out by AJANS BULUT, it acts in accordance with all obligations required by the relevant legislation, particularly the KVKK.

The purposes of processing your personal data are to ensure that you benefit from the products and services offered by our Company; to customize the products and services offered according to the preferences, usage habits, and needs of our customers; to carry out one-to-one and/or integrated marketing activities, sales, and post-sales operations, and to confirm the identity information of the person making purchases through the website/mobile applications, to record the address and other necessary information for communication.

Personal data will be processed by AJANS BULUT within the scope of any activity, regardless of whether it is based on a contract.

Personal data may be shared with real and legal persons, shareholders, direct/indirect domestic/foreign affiliates, companies that AJANS BULUT operates as an intermediary/agency, official/administrative authorities, and persons with whom AJANS BULUT receives or plans to receive services, for the purpose of conducting e-commerce activities.

Personal data are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law, this information and consent form, and the law and/or contract.

The person whose data is processed may apply to AJANS BULUT and inquire about:

a) Whether personal data has been processed,

b) Requesting information if their data has been processed,

c) Learning the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

d) Knowing the third parties to whom personal data are transferred at home or abroad,

e) Requesting correction if personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed,

f) Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,

g) Objecting to the emergence of a negative result if the data processed exclusively through automated systems are analyzed, and

h) Requesting the compensation of the damage in case of a loss due to illegal processing.
